Gluten Free Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
1 ounce Seeds of Change Dark Chocolate with Cherries and Vanilla1 1/2 cup cooked black beans, rinsed and drained2 eggs 1 egg white2 tablespoons canola oil1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup honey
Directions
***Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8X8" baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

***Melt the chocolate in a double boiler [I use a medium sized Pyrex bowl sitting in a medium saucepan with water in it on HIGH].

***Remove the bowl from the stove and mix all the ingredients with the chocolate. Either put the mixture in a food processor or use a stick blender to make the batter smooth.

***Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and place on wire rack to cool.

Yields 20 gluten free chocolatey nibbles!
