Chicken with Sundried Tomato, Basil and Garlic (8 servings)

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breast, cut into large pieces8.5 oz jar of Sun Dried Tomatoes with herbs in oil2 T dried basil8 cloves garlic1/4 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Serves 8
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place chicken in large glass baking dish.
Toss with dried spices.
Sprinkle garlic and sundried tomatoes with oil over top.
Cover tightly.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking for 15 minutes more, or until done.
