White cream gravy

Ingredients
2 cups nonfat/skim milk6 tsp white flour2 TBSP unsalted butter2 tsp extra light olive oil1 tsp salt2tsp black pepper
Directions
Put butter and olive oil in the skillet. Heat over medium high heat until butter is melted. Add flour and stir quickly until you get a thin pasty substance. Stir in salt and pepper. Stir in milk using a slotted spoon. This will keep any lumps from forming. Stir until gravy is boiling and bubbly. Allow it to boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Gravy will thicken as it sits. Add more salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
Makes 9 1/4 cup servings.
