Braised Cabbage and Tomatoes

1 Tbsp unsalted butter1 Bag of Dole Classic Coleslaw1 Can of Hunt's Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes w/Garlic1/2 cup Chicken Broth1 Tbsp Balsamic VinegarSeason with salt to taste if desired
In a 3 qt saucepan, saute sliced onion in butter. Add coleslaw. Stir. Cover. Cook until softened on medium heat. Add tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir. Cover. Cook on medium heat for 30 min. Add the balsamic vinegar, stir. Season with salt to taste. Cook an additional 5 min. Makes 4 - 1 cup servings.
