Robin's White Bean and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 cans Eden's Organic Cannelini Beans, rinsed2 cans albacore tuna in water, drained1 small onion, diced1/4 cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil1/2 tsp. sea salt1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Drain 2 cans tuna and crumble into a large bowl. Rinse and drain 2 cans cannelini beans and empty into the bowl with the tuna. Dice 1 small onion and add to the tuna and beans. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix all together. Makes 4 servings of slightly more than 1 cup each.
