1 lb ground chuck1 red bell pepper, chopped5 scallions, chopped1 can kidney beans1 can diced tomatoespepperoreganotony's creole seasoning
brown beef with peppers and onions, drain fat, put back in the pan. Add beans, tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
