Low Carb Broccoli Quiche

1-10 ounce pkg frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped2 ounces onion, chopped8 slices mushrooms, minced8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded6 eggs1 c heavy cream1 tsp saltdash black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare 7x11 casserole dish with olive oil spray.
Chop thawed broccoli finely,set aside. Chop onion and saute until transparent. Add onions to broccoli and stir;add to casserole dish and top with cheese.
Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper together. Pour over contents in dish. Bake for 35 minutes until lightly browned slightly and bubbly around edges. Serve with favorite meat dish. ENJOY
