Ingredients
6 cups chicken stock4 cups lentils2 cups stewed tomatoes2 cups of onion1 cup red bell pepper2 cups cabbage2 cups cauliflower4 cloves of garlic4 tbsp oregano2 tbsp basilsalt&pepper to taste
Directions
Put chicken stock and lentils into slow cooker on high heat, start to prep your vegetables. Cut vegetables into bite size pieces. Add stewed tomatoes, and the vegetables. Cook until lentils are tender and add garlic, oregano, basil, and salt & pepper. Makes 12 -2 cup servings
