Cranberry Pork Chops

Ingredients
6 Pork Chops 1 Can Cranberry Sauce 1/4 Cup Hot Water 1/4 Honey 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Place chops in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.

    I had to switch up the spices a bit because I couldn't find my cloves. I subbed Penzy's baking spice for the cloves and added a sprinkle of ginger just because. DH said this was a keeper for him but he would rather have the sauce on pork tenderloin next time or at least thicker pork chops :) - 10/7/13

    This was very good. The cranberry + spices were very Christmas-y! The recipe did not say what temperature to cook at, so I cooked at 350 until I liked the internal temperature of the chops. - 11/24/07
