Splenda Brownies

1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder2 medium eggs1 cup Splenda granular (sucralose artificial sweetener)3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/8 teaspoon salt1/4 cup milk* add 1 tsp baking powder for fluffier brownies*
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix everything together in a large bowl
3. Pour brownie mixture into an 8x8 (or loaf style) nonstick pan.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until they pass the trusty toothpick test.
Makes about 8 servings of moderately "ok" brownies. They are good when you're in a pinch and require something chocolaty!
