Orange Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients
1/3 cup orange marmalade, no sugar added1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1/2 cup chicken broth1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped2 tablespoons chives, chopped
Directions
Combine the marmalade, vinegar, chicken broth and rosemary in a bowl and stir to combine.

Place a skillet on the stove over medium-high heat. Pour in the marmalade mixture and cook until reduced, and the consistency is thick and syrupy, about 5 - 10 minutes.

Sprinkle in the fresh chives and stir. Serve with chicken, pork, or fish! Delicious!
