Clean mushrooms, remove gills and stems.
Brush mushrooms with 1 tbsp oil and broil, turning once, for 10 mins
In the meantime combine the remaining oil, tuna, celery, parsely, juice and salt and pepper.
Remove mushrooms from broiler and spread the tune mix among the caps.
Top with cheese and broil until cheses melts
Top each mushroom with tomatoes and greens.
Serve while hot.
