Tostitos Restaurant Style Whole Grain Chips (7 chips), 13 serving Borden Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese 2 oz, Monterey Jack Cheese, 1 oz Beans Bush's black beans, 1 cupbush pinto beans, 2 serving Ground beef, lean, 16 oz Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp
Brown ground beef in hot skillet and break into small bites as it cooks. When done add taco seasoning and stir. Place a bag of chips out on a cookie sheet. (I line mine with foil for easy clean up.) Put down a thin layer of Monterey Jack Cheese and then layer with the 2 kinds of beans (I warm mine so that the oven time is less and then drain), Next cover with cheese and put in oven at 400* for a few minutes until the cheese melts and it starts to brown. Serve with sour cream, salsa or what ever.
