Green Rice and Ham

Ingredients
1.5 cups dry brown rice4 cups boiling water1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup1 lb. bag frozen cut leaf spinach2 bunches scallions (green onions) chopped412 grams (approx 15 oz.) extra lean ham steak, chopped
Directions
Makes 8 servings, 1.5 cups each

Put all ingredients, except ham, in crock pot. Cook on high for three hours, then reduce to low. Cook until rice is done. Add chopped ham. (Adding ham earlier results in tasteless ham.)
