Chicken Creole

Ingredients
4boneless skinless chicken breasts , cut into strips 14oz Tomatoes, with juice, ready cut, canned 8oz canned tomato sauce 1 1/2cup chopped green bell peppers 1/2cup fresh chopped celery 1/2cup fresh chopped onion 2medium garlic cloves , diced 1/4tsp salt 1tbsp dried basil 1tbsp chopped parsley 1/4tsp ground cayenne (red pepper) 2 2/3cup cooked white rice
Directions
1 In a large skillet, heat oil. Sauté the chicken for approximately 5 minutes.
2 Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer for 20 minutes.
3 Serve over 1/3 cup of steamed rice.
