BBQ Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 15oz Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed¼c Quick Oats¼c BBQ Sauce 1 green pepper, chopped½ onion, chopped
Directions
Chop up onion and green pepper and saute on meidum in a small amount of water until softened.

While the peppers and onions are cooking, mash black beans in a bowl. Mix in quick oats and BBQ sauce. Add to pan and mix with green peppers and onions and cook until warm.

Serve on sandwhich buns or bread of choice.
