My homemade guacamole ( 4 oz serv)

Ingredients
5 Avocados6 Fresh Roma tomatoes1 bunch Fresh Cilantro1 bunch Fresh Green Onions (scallions)-12 bulbs and greens3 Fresh Jalapeno peppers(w/ out seeds & veins),Fresh squeezed lime juice from 2 limesSeason to taste w/ garlic powder, salt and pepper.Make chunky by cutting all by hand or creamy with food processor or blender.

No cook time..
Chuncky is my family's favorite way... this takes a bit longer to prepare. Depending on your knife skills and speed about 30-50 minutes.
DIce all ingredients and mix together with spoon.
