Granola Bar - Apple Cinnamon

Ingredients
2 C Oats1/3 C Brown Sugar1/4 t Salt2t Cinnamon1.5t Baking Powder 1 medium apple chopped 1 egg or 2 egg whites 1/2 C Water*1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce2t Vanilla Extract1/4 C Almonds, chopped1/4 C Walnuts, chopped1 T Flax Seed Meal1T Wheat Germ1t Cocoa powder (optional)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Then mix in wet ingredients. Press into 8x8 pan. Bake @ 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool then cut.
