Stir Fry Asparagus

Ingredients
1 bunch of asparagus2 tbsp. soy sauce4 garlic cloves, finely chopped or pressedCooking Spray
Directions
Wash the asparagus and cut off the bottom 1 inch (opposite end from the spear/spikey part). Cut asparagus diagonally into 1/2" thick pieces. Add asparagus to boiling water, cook for 6 minutes. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and garlic and set aside. Spray a wok, or heavy bottomed skillet generously with cooking spray. Heat the wok/skillet over medium high heat. Add the soy mixture and the asparagus, and stir fry for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 (1 cup) servings.
