1 lb Ground Turkey 93% lean1 C Cooked Minute Brown Rice1 can Tomato Soup1 can Crushed Tomatoes3 Green Bell Peppers1 C Water1/2 Onion`Italian SeasoningSaltPepper
Cut tops off green bell peppers and remove seeds.
Ground Turkey with onions, salt and pepper set aside
Combine tomato soup, tomatoes, water, italian spice.
Add 1/2 sauce mix to bottom of crock pot.
Add 1/2 sauce mix to meet mixture and fill bell peppers with meat mixture.
Place Stuffed bell peppers on top of sauce mixture and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
