Penne with mixed Greens

Ingredients
1 lb of Penne pasta2 bags of Salad (preferably labeled Italian)1 tsp garlic3 tbsp unsalted butter3 tbsp olive oil1/4 pine nuts
Directions
Makes 6 full servings
Boil Penne pasta
In separate pot combine oil and butter. Add pine nuts and cook until golden. Add garlic and cook. Add salad greens and cook until wilted. Drain pasta. Mix pasta with salad greens. Add Parmesan cheese if so desired.
