Corned Beef and Cabbage with potatoes and carrots

Ingredients
Cooks Cornbeef brisket...I used the flat version there is less fat.1 whole 12 oz bag of baby carrots7 small potatoes red or white depending on your tastes1 small head of cabbage red or green again depends on your tasteI also change up the type of vinegar...this time I used red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
Directions
This is my favorite dish to put into a crockpot. First put the brisket on the bottom of the crockpot. Then add potatoes and carrots. Then finally quarter the cabbage and place on top of all of the ingredients. It takes about 5 hours on high and about 9 hours on low.
