Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, .75 cup, chopped Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup Water chestnuts, 0.5 cup slices Bamboo shoots, raw, .5 cup (1/2" slices) Onions, raw, 1 large Chicken Breast Tenderloin, 3 serving Hoisen Sauce, 6 tbspSoy Sauce, .2 cup 1/4 cup water
Directions
In a non stick pan or a wok, add chicken and onions. Stir fry until chicken is cooked.
Mix the sauces with water and set aside
Add veggies to the pan with sauce mixture
Cook until veggies are lightly cooked but still firm
Serve over rice
