1lb - Ground Chicken (or turkey or beef)1pkt - Lipton Onion Soup Mix1 Can - Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup1pkg - Pillsbury Reduced Fat Buttermilk BiscuitsAdd vegetables or seasonings to taste for variety*1/2 cup Water or Chicken broth (not factored into nutrition)
1. Brown the ground chicken
2. Add Onion Soup Mix and Cream of Mushroom Soup, let it cook on a low heat for 15 minutes stirring occassionally. Feel free to add water or chicken broth if you feel it is too thick.
3. Cook biscuits while chicken/soup mixture is cooking.
4. Serve chicken/soup mixture over biscuits
