Chocolate Mint Brownies

1 cup flour1 cup sugar16 oz Hersheys Choc Syrup4 eggs1/2 c butter2 c powdered sugar1/2 c butter1 T water1/2 t mint extract and optional 3 drops green food coloring1 c semisweet chips6 T butter
In a large mixing bowl, beat the first 5 ingredients until smooth. Pour into greased pan, and bake in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool completely in pan.
In a seperate bowl, beat powdered sugar, butter, water, mint, and food coloring until smooth and slightly fluffy. Pour over brownies and spread.
In a microwavable bowl, heat chcolate chips and remaining butter for 30 seconds. Stir vigorously. If chips have not yet melted, heat for an additionl 15 seconds. Allow to cool a bit before spreading choclate over mint.
Refrigerate.
