Strawberries Romanoff, redux

1/2 cup light sour cream3 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon Brandy (use a good quality one or sub equal amount of pure vanilla- it will be a bit different but still delish!)1/2 cup light whipping cream3 tablespoons Splenda, pref. granulated4 cups whole fresh strawberries, washed and trimmed of stems
Mix sour cream, brown sugar and Brandy in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whip cream until it starts to thicken and add Splenda- whip until thick.
Fold cream into sour cream mixture and blend well.
Serve equal portions of whole strawberries with equal sized amounts of the cream topping.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
