1 Med Yellow Onion4 Tbls Fresh Cilantro2 Freshly Squeezed Lemons1 Tbls Salt4 Med Tomatoes
In a medium bowl add diced tomatoes and onion. Mince cilantro and add salt to mixture. Add the salt before the lemon juice and taste for your preference. Cut and squeeze your lemons in a smaller separate container. You don't want the bitter taste from the lemon to get inside your salsa. Remove seeds and add over your mixture.
