Easy gingerbread

Ingredients
250g wholegrain flour120g honey100g brown sugar 200ml nonfat milk2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp speculoos/gingerbread/'pumpkin pie' spice
Directions
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and spices in a big bowl.

Warm the milk in a pan and pour the honey in to melt. Add to the bowl.

Pour into a non-stick long cake tin. Bake for 45 minutes 160°C (320 F).
