Ingredients
500g mixed dired fruit2 cups orange juice2 cups self rasing flour
Directions
Soak fruit in orange juice for two hours or until soft (overnight if possible).
Mix in flour
Bake on medium for 60mins

(note: Variance on receipe: add fuit rind or almonds to mix, or add brandy to orange juice)
