Ingredients
Chicken Broth 32oz boxChicken Breast 6oz cooked and shreddedEnchilada Sauce 10oz canCampbell's Chedder Cheese Soup 10.75oz canRotell diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro 10ozWegman's Southern Mix one bagnote Wegman's Sothern Miix consists of frozen black-eyes peas, black beans, red peppers and onions
Directions
Cook and shred chicken breast and set aside. Add rest of ingredients to soup pot. bring to boil and simmmer over one hour. Add chicken. Serve hot. You may add sour cream/tortilla chips on top-these were not figured into recipe.
