2 eggs2 egg whites1/4 cup skim milk2/3 cup Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles1/8 tsp cilantro1/8 tsp oregano2 dashes of black pepper1/2 shredded mozarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 and spray cupcake pan with cooking spray or use cupcake liners.
Mix all ingredients and pour 1/8 cup in 10 cupcake shapes.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
