Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1c brown sugar2 eggs1/2 cup applesauce1 cup milk3 cups quick-cooking oats2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix first three ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 8x8 pan. bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
