Hummus Turkey Sandwich on Rye

Ingredients
Sliced Turkey breast, hummus, mayo, lettuce, tomato, mustard, pepper.
Directions
Spread hummus on one slice of bread and mayo on the other. Pile on lettuce and turkey meat. Sprinkle with pepper to taste. Top with sliced tomatoes and mustard. Put slices together and cut diagonally.

Serving Size: Makes one sandwich.
