Vegan Clean the Fridge Soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil2 carrots chopped2 stalks celery chopped2 cloves garlic chopped1 cup broccoli1 cup edamane1/2 tsp salt3 cups vegetable stock1 large can tomatoes1 cup cabbage1/2 tsp basil1 cup cooked whole wheat spaghetti2 cups raw spinach
Directions
Saute celery, garlic, carrot, and broccoli in olive oil for a few minutes. Add all other ingredients except for spaghetti and spinach and simmer until veggies are tender. Add spaghetti, cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in spinach.
