Steph's Egg White Omlette

Ingredients
1 (250 g) carton of Simply Egg Whites2 lg. eggs6 asparagus spears2 gr. onions1/4 diced red pepperShredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients except cheese in a bowl. Pour into a preheated electric frying pan. Cut into 4 pieces once egg mixture starts to set & flip each piece over. When omlette is cooked sprinkle with chees & let it melt.

I make this & have enough for 4 days breakfast. I place each piece in a container & just add 2 slices of cooked turkey bacon. Then I just heat & eat.
