Cherry tomatoes,Red onion,Dinner rolls,Olive oil,Balsamic vinegar (preferably aged and apple or orange styled)Salt and pepper
1) Halve the cherry tomatoes, chop the basil, and break up the onion rings.
2) Scatter them on a pan halved side up and drizzle them with the olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Scatter the pepper and salt on top.
3) Put the tomatoes in the oven at 210 degrees Celsius.
4) Slice the rolls into oblong rounds and pop them under a low grill.
5) When the tomatoes have cooked for ten minutes, take them out and put them on the pieces of bread. Pour the cooked olive oil, vinegar, and salt mixture on top.
6) Top with basil leaves.
