1 jar spaghetti sauce1 med onion, chopped1 bell pepper, chopped1 zucchini, shredded1 lb lean ground beef.5 cup barbeque sauce (or to taste)cumin (approx 1 tsp)chili powder (approx 2 tsp)A spritz of Pam
In one large skillet, spritz with Pam, saute the onions over medium high heat. After approximately 3 minutes, add the bell pepper, after another 3 minutes add the zucchini. Cook until the onions are translucent and the bell pepper is tender.
Meanwhile brown the meat in another pan. After the meat is browned, drain the fat and add to the vegetables. Add spaghetti sauce, barbeque sauce and spices. Stir to mix and heat through.
Serve over one toasted kaiser roll (not included in the calorie count).
