Tarragon Tahini Dressing(2 Tbls per serving)

Ingredients
1 generous Tbls Shallot- minced finely( or more to taste)1 Generous Tbls garlic- minced finely( or more to taste2 Tbls Dry tarragon1 Teas sea salt1 Tble dijon mustard.5 cups tahini.5 cups plus 2 Tbls Fat free greek yogurt( like Fage).25 cup lemon juice( fresh squeezed).5 cups fat free half and half
Directions
In a mortar and pestle( or a good blender) Grind the shallot, garlic, tarragon and salt into a paste. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

    Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds- you can always find it in Middle eastern stores- but I have also seen in in MANY grocery stores( LOl if that have it in rural SC- it'll be ANYWHERE LOL) You could also clean a coffee grinder VERY well- and pulse sesame seeds into a paste.
