Honey Spiced Ham Steak

Ingredients
1 lb ham steak4 tsp brown sugar1 tbsp cinamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 cup raisins2 tbsp water
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Line baking pan with tin foil, and spray lightly with cooking spray.

Place ham steak in bottom of pan, and sprinkle with brown sugar and spices (to taste). Top with raisin. Sprinkle water lightly over all, to moisten.

Fold foil over ham steak and wrap to seal. Bake at 375 degree F for 20-30 minutes, until done. Do not over cook, as sugars will burn.

Cut in quarters, and serve with your favorite potato.
