Chicken Vegetable Bean Soup

2 tbsp grapeseed oil1 cup chopped cabbage3 garlic gloves chopped2 slices onion2 chicken breasts, no skin, no bone (chopped)1 cup black beans1 cup chickpeas2 cups mixed frozen vegetables5 cups chicken broth
Put oil in soup pot. Add chicken and brown nicely. Add cabbage, onions, and garlic. Sautee until leaves are soft. Add beans, chickpeas, and frozen vegetables. Then add the chicken broth. Simmer until all vegetables are cooked. Enjoy!
