Ingredients
* Eggplant, fresh, 500 grams (remove) * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 2 cloves (remove) * *Sesame Seeds, 0.5 tbsp (remove) * Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
Directions
Cut eggplant into pieces (not too small!). Steam 15 min. Add the rest of the ingredients to a pot, low heat. Add the steamed eggplant, pull each piece into smaller pieces with tongs. Heat up and eat. Add chilipepper flakes if you want.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of 0.5 cup each.
