Foccacio/pizza crust (bread machine)

2/3 c. water2 T. olive oil1 tsp. salt2 c. bread flour1 1/4 tsp. yeast-------1 or 2 minced garlic cloves1 tsp. dried rosemary1 tsp. coarse salt2 T. olive oil2 tsp. grated parmesan
Put first 5 ingredients in bread pan in suggested order by bread machine instructions. Set for white bread, dough stage. Press start.
Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly sprinkle with corn flour on a baking sheet.
Remove dough and punch down. Let dough rest about 5 minutes. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 1/2 inch thick round. Put on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic, rosemary, and coarse salt. Lightly press into dough. Poke holes in surface with fingers. Pour remaining olive oil on top, and sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake about 20 mins/until browned.
