Goma's Meatballs

Ingredients
Directions
1 pound lean ground beef4 slices bread, toasted and crumbled1/2 cup ragu (or other brand) spaghetti sauce
Mix together well with hands. Shape into 1" balls with hands.
Microwave: Place balls around microwave safe plate and cook high 5 minutes. Let set 5 minutes while doing the next plate. Use spoon to scoop off plate and onto platter or warming dish.
Oven: Place balls on cookie sheet, put in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, until done. Use spoon to scoop off sheet and onto platter or warming dish.
These go great with any pasta dish or in a bun with cheese and sauce for meatball subs!
