Ingredients
60g lean minced beef20g diced onion1x 55g egg1 sachet Ultra Lite Beef Soup1tsp ground oreganoSalt & Pepper15g low fat chedder cheese1Tbls olive oil
Directions
Mix together mince, onion, egg, spices and sachet. Form into two balls, each ball covering one cheese cube. Cook in a small amount of olive oil in a non-stick frypan.
