Chicken with Pasta, Spinach, & Pesto

Ingredients
2 lb chicken breast, skinned, cubed, & browned1 can cream of chicken soup1/2 c. skim milk2 tsp minced garlic (or 2 cloves chopped finely)3 T olive oil1 pkg (10 oz) fresh raw spinach1 box (12 oz) any type pasta1/4 c. pesto sauce
Directions
Makes 12 one-cup servings

1. In a large skillet, add olive oil & cubed chicken.
2. Brown chicken until cooked thoroughly.
3. Add garlic.
4. In a large (2 c.) glass measuring cup (or a small bowl), mix the milk & cream of chicken soup together until smooth.
5. Add milk & soup to skillet; stir to coat chicken.
6. Bring soup & chicken to a boil; cover skillet, lower heat to medium, & cook 5 minutes.
7. Meanwhile, cook the box of pasta per directions.
8. Add pesto sauce to chicken mixture.
9. Add pasta to chicken mixture, and stir to coat in soup.
10. Place raw spinach on top of entire mixture, cover tightly, and cook for 5 minutes, or until greens are wilted.
11. Stir greens into pasta and chicken.
12. Serve hot!
