1 C Butter milk or substitute (see instructions)1 C low calorie mayo1 tbls vinegar or lemon juice1 tsp salt4 tsp garlic powder4 tsp black pepper 4 t sp splenda4 t sp paprika4 tsp parsley1 C dry minced onion flakes
To make substitute butter milk, combine 1 cup 2% milk with the vinegar or lemon juice and let sit for 5 minutes. Combine all of the dry ingredients well and keep in a well sealed container for future use.
Combine and buttermilk and mayo and add ONE TABLESPOON of dry mix. Combine well until semi-thick consistency and smooth. Store in the refrigerator.
