Ingredients
1.5 cups lentils, rinsed2 yellow onions, chopped (1.5 cups)1.5 cups brown rice, cooked (yield of 3 cups).5 cup low sodium tomato saucespices to taste
Directions
Cook lentils until tender, then mash in a large bowl. Saute onions. Add onions and remaining ingredients. Place in a loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60 minutes. Makes 4 generous servings.
