Eastern Shore Crab Cake Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup of almonds sliced1/4 Tbsp of lemon juice1/4 tsp of Worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp of white pepper1 pound of lump crabmeat1 Tbsp of Olive Oil1 1/2 cup of Fresh SpinachYellow raisins, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, orange slices also work well with this recipe.
Directions
Open the crabmeat and let it drain

In a large bowl mix in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, white pepper, olive oil, and fresh spinach. Mix the ingredients until completely mixed.

Place the mixture into salad plates or salad bowls, sprinkle sliced almonds over the salad and serve.
