Sweet and Sour Baked Cabbage

Ingredients
6 cup, coarsley chopped Cabbage, fresh1 cup, coarsley chopped Onions, raw1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 clove thinly sliced garlic1/8 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Pepper, black3 tbsp Cider Vinegar1 tbsp Honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Coarsley chop the cabbage and onions. Using a 9X13 pyrex dish toss together with Olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic slices. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until tender, stirring half way through cooking time. Remove from oven and drizzle with vinegar and honey, tossing to coat.
