Chicken, Black Bean and Corn Chili

Ingredients
1.5lbs ground chicken (you can grind your own by placing breasts in a food processor)2T Chili Powder1T Ground Cumin1 14oz package seasoned corn and black bean blend1 14oz can chicken broth1 14oz can seasoned tomato sauce for chili
Directions
1. Combine chicken, chili powder and cumin in a large dutch oven. Cook 6 minutes over medium high heat or until chicken is browned, stirring to crumble.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Ladle chili into bowls and top with sour cream and green onion if desired.
